All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Africa
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking information once dispatched.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Canada, U.S., and U.K.: approximately 7 business days.
Asia, Europe, and Africa: please allow additional time as international deliveries may experience longer transit times due to customs or regional carrier delays.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. If you cannot locate your package, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been marked as delivered.
Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost to resend the order.
