We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and current. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to display differences or supplier changes.
All products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or altered without our express written consent. Unauthorized resale or reproduction of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, or product unavailability.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed and shipped within two (2) business days after payment confirmation.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia, Europe, and Africa via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, or carrier delays. Once shipped, Scented Elegance Perfumes is not responsible for delivery delays or issues beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below within 14 days of delivery:
Contact Us: Notify our customer service team of the issue. Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Provide Proof: Attach clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item. This helps us review your claim quickly and accurately.
Return Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
Processing Returns: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All website content — including but not limited to product images, descriptions, graphics, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Scented Elegance Perfumes and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for its loss, theft, or misplacement. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly for the resolution of such issues.
